Empower Psychiatry is led by Dr. Singareddy, a psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience across clinical practice, academic medicine, and research. Our broader team includes providers with training from institutions including Yale and Penn State University College of Medicine.
Dr. Singareddy has a distinguished background in academic psychiatry training medical students, providing clinical supervision, and publishing peer-reviewed research on depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and sleep disorders. That research foundation informs every treatment decision at our practice.
We offer treatments that most outpatient psychiatric practices in the Atlanta area cannot. This includes BrainsWay deep-TMS, an FDA-approved, non-invasive therapy for depression and OCD and Spravato® (esketamine), administered at our REMS-certified clinic. We also offer GeneSight pharmacogenomic testing to guide more precise medication decisions.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Services for Depression, Anxiety & OCD
We offer a full spectrum of psychiatric services designed to meet patients where they are. For those who have not responded to antidepressant medications, we specialize in two FDA-approved advanced treatments: BrainsWay Deep TMS therapy, a non-invasive, in-office procedure that uses magnetic stimulation to target the areas of the brain involved in depression and OCD; and Spravato® (esketamine), a breakthrough nasal spray administered under medical supervision at our REMS-certified clinic.
Beyond these advanced interventions, our practice provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and care for conditions including anxiety, OCD, and sleep-related disorders. We accept most major insurance plans and Medicare, offer Saturday morning appointments, and welcome patients from across the North Atlanta region, including Suwanee, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Duluth, Cumming, Milton and Buford.

How we Help
Spravato (EsKetamine)
Esketamine (Spravato) is FDA approved for Major Depression that has not responded to 2 or more medications (Treatment Resistant Depression) and Major Depression with suicidal thoughts.
Empower Psychiatry & Sleep LLC is a certified REMS clinic. Dr. Singareddy is a REMS certified psychiatrist in the Greater Atlanta area who can prescribe Esketamine.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is a FDA approved, non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic waves to stimulate brain areas. TMS is done in the office under the supervision of the psychiatrist and is found effective in treating the following psychiatric disorders:
- Major Depression
- Depression with Anxiety
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Nicotine dependence
