This is a stressful time for everyone. Anxiety is a normal reaction when we face uncertainty or fear of any kind. The current concerns related to COVID-19 pandemic is likely to make us worried about our own health as well as the health of our family and friends. Additionally, social isolation and related school closures and work limitations are likely to add more stress. Individuals who already experience a lot of anxiety may find their anxiety worsening.

Although anxiety is the normal and expected reaction during this uncertainty, too much anxiety could take a toll on our physical and emotional health and may interfere with our relationships and work or school performance.
