I really can’t say enough about this clinic. Dr. Singareddy is brilliant, the office is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating. Jace (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) has been amazing, and has been so patient with me and has made the entire process so streamlined and easy. I just am so grateful for the professionalism and quality of this facility and its amazing employees! Thank you!!

Dr. Singareddy is absolutely wonderful! He has such a kind and calming demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to really listen to my concerns without rushing me or making me feel judged. I appreciated that he didn’t try to push medications when I expressed my preference for a more natural route. Instead, he discussed TMS therapy in detail, was very transparent about costs, and even offered additional recommendations to support my mental health journey. This practice is so clean and professional. I was referred by my rheumatologist for a specific need. The receptionist is so nice & sweet. As far as providers go, I have only seen one, but Jean Cadet is amazing. I believe I have been seeing him for about a year now give or take. He is extremely thorough and truly listens. When an issue arose that brought some apprehension to us both, he was quick to calm my concerns & fears, granting me reassurance that all was and would be fine & well. One of my favorite things about this practice is that I am able to go to appointments on Saturdays when my husband is able to be home with the children. I have also needed assistance outside of my regular appointment and the response was almost immediate. My issue had been addressed and completely resolved within a couple of hours total. I absolutely would recommend not only this practice but definitely Jean as a provider...

The office staff is absolutely phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better psychiatry clinic, however. At times at times,
I feel somewhat pressured to stop taking medication because I have “too many” my advice is, Just make sure you discuss with the Psychiatrist your need to maintain and if your current regimen is working, just stay on the medication that’s working for YOU to function

We had a appointment with Yong Ko MSN, PMHNP-BC and we found her to thoughtful and concerned and she was very through with the questions she asked and we we very happy with her overall and definitely would recommend her and Empower Psychiatry to anyone.
